AS a long lasting wheel, the White Shamans have served me very well. I can get a year of skating out of the tread from them. Anabolix the tire, I could only get about 6 to 8 weeks of tread life from them. Quite a difference. I just can't see spending $400 dollars on a set designer wheels when Shamans last so long.

Because of the designer wheels I expect some formulas to change for longer wear soon. The production companies are beginning to lose customers over this but there is still stock to be had for now. Also the production companies are capable of producing wheels along the same lines of designer wheels characteristics. I like a zero pigment wheel but it costs me more to get that unless I buy Shamans.
