Yes, i made this program years ago so the videos are small but it is still very good. I took the most useful exercises i could find from Training in Holland, Korea, Canada and Australia and combined them with videos i saw from Russia and Norway and Bill Begg, and walah! Yes, that is me in the videos.

The benefit depends on how you do the exercises. Primarily the explosive exercises with long rests are to build explosive power in sessions 1 and 2. The exercises with longer reps are to increase your lactic tolerance in sessions 2 and 3.
