Ooh, I wouldn't mind getting that sweet potato and almond meal pancake recipe off you. Now that I have no thyroid gland certain changes in diet have to be made. Unfortunately some of my favourite vegetables are no longer things I can make a regular habit of eating (inc broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower and kale ) but sweet potato is still ok!
