I use myfitnesspal app. It works well for exercise, bike, skating, enter all your food.. Keeps track of everything.
Adding up a monthly total would be a lot for me.
Jump rope 4 hours a month
Crunches with 25 lb weight 15000 month
Push ups 9000 month
Skating 24 hours a month
Weights 15 hours a month
I ride a road bike In the summer, also ride it on a stand, but that gets old, that is why I'm skating again.
