I know we're not talking about the same "level", but herein lies my greatest problem. I can connect with some really awesome striding on occasion, I swear my body is on a 45 degree angle, every foot plants beautifully, awesome underpush with a sweet transition to outpush and full extension, 17mph without effort at about 120bpm - then the world falls apart and I'll be picking gravel out of my underlayment again.
